I meant, I take my vitamins twice a day, and I take my 2 pill dose with one of those vitamins, not that I take vitamins 4 times a day! <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-blush.gif" border="0">

I use NAC which turns into glutatione.

According to Stanford, Glutatione is destroyed in the stomach.... therefore it's more efficacious to take NAC.
