Having trouble with CF services Grrrrrrrr

Is it just me with trying to fill my Meds with CF services It is such a daunting process with Hold on and then transfering then hold on 20 minutes yesterday 20 today grrrrrrrr. I wonder is it just me being placed on hold every time or is others having the same thing happen? I just feel like i need to spend so much time just to fill my Script each month I just have to vent my feeling in the past it went so much better but lately I just wish i had another choice.

I had similar issues with them years ago when DS was on adeks and we could only get them from CF Services and then again when we were eligible for the tobi program. With the vitamins, I finally just ordered online and it was much easier not dealing with a human over the phone.

Was darn stressful --- I'd get put on hold, told someone would call me back or that the meds had been sent only to find they weren't. Vitamins weren't sent because insurance didn't cover them, so they weren't sure I wanted them. Er, I ORDERED them. Or sometimes they'd bill my credit card, then send me a paper bill, which I'd pay, then I had a credit, then I didn't. Ugh!

Thanks Ratatosk this is a little what i am dealing with and It is not like calling your local Pharmacy and they take care of you I wish it would go back to the time where they worked well with others maybe if they have others that feel the same way it can change .I can only hope as They get me so off balance with Please Hold then let me transfer you please hold,Guess I need to perpare my self for a long call when i do call but that should just not be the case

It did get to the point where I started asking for names and direct extension numbers "In case I lose you....what number can I reach you at". What really annoyed me was the delay in receiving the medication. I would ask if there's way you can order online, so you can track the progress.

Thanks so much I just get so annoyed But that is a good point I really think they have cut corners for the bottom line ....Just saying it is the only thing I can think of as to why they are not caring

I hated dealing with them in the past and refused to use them for years. I just started using them again and they seem better now. My only complaint is that they get an Rx and don't call you to set up shipment. I've had to call them to send my meds each time I've had one sent there this past month. But at least we can just refill online once they're sent the first time :)

I have long advocated that one should be given a prescription for Valium - - - only to take on days when dealing with the pharmacy ;). I am an RT/not a CF patient, but I have Lupus, Sjogren's and RA, so take multiple meds, as does my grandson, whom I am raising. I swear, if just once I could get a prescription filled without having some kind of slip-up, I would break into my happy dance - lol!!!

It may be interesting to know that Walgreens reads our site every day...at least one member of their CF team...he emails me when he doesn't get the daily news! So keep talking, keep asking for better service!
They may be listening!
