Heading back to church

I actually have a tiny bottle of hand sanitizer from Bath & Bodyworks in a holder than hangs off the strap of my purse. I use it frequently when I'm out and about.
The other thing is... I don't go to my inlaws church, so when my inlaws are out of town, I'm one of those parents that just drops DS off for Sunday School and then I pick him up when it's over with unless he sings during church. Then I'll go. So I imagine you could do something similar. I don't have health issues, I'm just a heathen!

When I go to church IF I shake a hand then when we sit down I take out my purell and wash up. OR I just do not shake hands and just say hello and nod a bit and other times I just sat right down and did not shake anyone's hand. There also has been times where we sit near someone who was coughing so we get up and move although that has not happened real often. I just cringe when I am sitting there and someone is coughing near me, I freak out!

We can not stay isolated but some precautions can be taken. Just DO NOT touch your face with your hands when in a public setting.

Good luck!

I love going to church, but hate all the sickness there. Our little one is home this week sick, so it was just me and one of my other kiddos. There was a baby coughing like crazy behind me-needless to say I got up and moved. It sounds so silly running away from a babies cough, but...just don't know what they have. Babies are highly contagious and I don't want to bring it back home to our little one.

As far as the handshake thing-tough one. We try to avoid if possible, if not sanitizer or trip to the bathroom to wash. It is a tough place, we pray before we go for safety too. Seems silly, but we do.
