Hi Christi, i am glad to hear things are going well.

As for your question, i too have the same problem. My daughter always spits hers out and i don't know what else to do. So im sorry i can't help, i hope someone else can, as i would like some ideas on this myself.<img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif" border="0">

Thank you for your replies!! Jow long does it take for the prvacid solutab to dissolve.. We have still been dissolving it in a syringe but i might try it the other way and maybe he will think that it is candy.... So then alll that i have to conqure is the ursodiol.. He takes his creon wonderfully...

Oh yea and i spoke tooo soon.. I mentioned that Ashton has had a nasty cough well now hes back to coughing through the night and he has been doing it for 4 days or soo then this AM he woke up with a terribly bloody nose.. so i called the doc today and it is back one the TOBI and Augmentin.... so here we go!!

Hi, since the prevacid is a med the pharmacist mixes him/herself, they can add a flavorful syrup like grape or cherry. Some pharmacies have different solutions, so sometimes you have to call around to find one who will. My daughter actually prefers the salty taste of the prevacid, and when they added the syrup, she hated it. She LOVES salt over sweets. But all kids are different. Also, we give our daughter her meds and vitamins with a syringe. It works great because you have more control, than with a medicine cup. Hope this helps. Good luck.

I have to take our solu tabs to the hospital with us because they say they do not have them and he wont take the liquid.. i just put the solutab on his tongue this am and held his mouth shut then gave hime a drink and he fought me but he took all of his meds... and even lasted through his TOBI without throwing a huge fit!!! haha
