If you are interested in it, I would encourage you to do additional research on each ingredient listed. I would also suggest you consider doing research into natural/nutritional support for each of the issues mentioned and consider whether or not <b>you</b> have that specific issue. Treating for something you don't have doesn't help and can hurt. Undertreating for something you do have is likely to be of little use. Taking a pill full of lots of different things in fairly small amounts can wind up both over-treating and undertreating, for different things. FWIW: I tend to take supplements that contain only one or two things so I know what it is doing and can take more of a specific thing if I have reason to believe I need more of a specific thing.
