Herbal

i actually have taken it for several years. i am not positive that it is helping me at all, but i also don't feel like it is hurting me either. i really can't say. my grandma sends it to me regularly, and although i am skeptical about a lot of "remedies", this one made it past my radar... haha. i read in a natural cures book that it was supposed to be good for CF so i gave it a shot. i can't tell if it's working or not .... sorry i can't be more of a help!

I also read about it in a natural cure book and tried it. I didn't notice anything different even when I upped the dose. I ran through 2 bottles and when I decided to stop, I didn't notice a difference either. So...it was a waste of money for me. But, the false hope was fun for a while.

Herbal "Clear Lungs

I found this on the web:
<a target=_blank class=ftalternatingbarlinklarge href="http://www.vitaminproshop.com/355724005528.html">http://www.vitaminproshop.com/355724005528.html</a>
<div class="FTQUOTE"><begin quote> Active Ingredients: Carbo Vegetabilis 30c, Arsenicum Album 30c, Phosphorus 30c, Blatta Orientalis 30c. Provides relief from lung congestion.
Other Ingredients:
Hoelen - Balances tissue fluids and strengthens respiratory membranes.
Dong Quai - Acts as a tonic and blood building agent.
Ophiopogon - Balances tissue fluids and strengthens respiratory membranes.
Scute - Headache pain relief.
Platycodon - Strengthens the immune system and removes mucus accumulations.
Citrus - Cleanses the lungs and circulatory system.
Morus Root - Enhances tissue repair.
Fritillary - Enhances tissue repair.
Asparagus - Helps control tissue inflammation.
Almonds - Moistens lungs and controls coughing.
Gardenia - Relieves congestion and enhances liver function.
Schizandra - Normalizes mucus secreting cells.
Licorice - Supports the adrenal glands. </end quote></div>
If you are interested in it, I would encourage you to do additional research on each ingredient listed. I would also suggest you consider doing research into natural/nutritional support for each of the issues mentioned and consider whether or not <b>you</b> have that specific issue. Treating for something you don't have doesn't help and can hurt. Undertreating for something you do have is likely to be of little use. Taking a pill full of lots of different things in fairly small amounts can wind up both over-treating and undertreating, for different things. FWIW: I tend to take supplements that contain only one or two things so I know what it is doing and can take more of a specific thing if I have reason to believe I need more of a specific thing.

Good luck with this.
