I came across a product called Sinupret forte which claims to "clear sinus passages" and support upper respiratory health. I have not personally used it but it looked like something worth a try. I will be getting some to try on myself soon.

I do always use it, when I have the feeling that I get a cold and also, if my boyfriend starts sneezing. I think it really helps; if you start taking it "on time", it prevents a runny nose, otherwise it doesn´t get too bad and doesn´t take so long.
