I've been reading the posts here for the last few days and responded to a couple of them, so i thought i would log in and make myself un-ananomous (sp?!?) hehe. I am also a member of cf2chat and find that both these websites offer something amazing in their own right.

As for me, my name is Kiel, and I'm an cfaholic hehe...I read way too much about this sorta thing. I live in Ottawa Ontario....(so if anyone else is in Ontario let me know, we can get a coffee. I have never met another cfer face to face). I am 22, I work in the restaurant industry, for now. Hoping to start my biotech program hopefully next year in Toronto. Um lets see, I have a mild form of cf I guess. Haven't checked my lung function in the longest time...but last time it was 60, without doing too much for it. I am prescribed pulmicort, zithromax (both i take not too regularly) and i take um lets see, I take like between 8-10 ultrase mt 20's with food. I also suppliment myself with curcumin and n acytyl cysteine (Which i find both make a big difference in the way i feel) and I plan to take Hypertonic saline and gsh with the cudos from my docs the next time i go (i need a prescription for the neb, otherwise i would do it without permission hehe)

So ya that about sums it up. Generally pretty happy with life...just try to keep a positive attitude and enjoy life as much as I can (sometimes a bit tooooo much <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-tongue.gif" border="0">)

I'm looking forward to talking to you guys, take it easy

We live in the South End of Ottawa, and go to CHEO way to often, lol. But the clinic is brilliant, so are most of the hospital staff. Hey maybe we seen u there when you were younger, lol.

Hahah probably not, I was raised in Quebec most of my life, and been here two years, living with my gf...

Great city though, big but not too big. I worked at Eggspectations the last two years, the big breakfast restaurant downtown. Now I work at the mayflower on Bank and Queen I guess it is. I also might be working at Moxies in Bayshore mall. If you've got any questions or wanna chat, come by and we'll grab a beer hehehe
