I haven't posted for a LONG time just been trying to deal with Kari's death still... (sigh) my other daughter Holli Jade posted today and she could REALLY use a "friend" right now. I REALLY want her to get involved in the CF community she has not been doing well trying to accept that Kari is gone... as I said I have not been here for awhile and I hate to ask this but has anyone else here passed? I know that a girl named Maddy did on Thanksgiving day... her Mom Kathy was madisonsmom or maddysmom or something like that. They just found her in her bed she had passed during the night they were not sure why as she was not "sick" I hope you all are WELL! peace.

Hi Lisa,

I heard that Madison died... she actually went to my clinic so I heard it through the grapevine... It's sad. I heard this news a little bit ago and heard some info of why it happened, though it is not for sure certain.

I would be interested in being Holli Jade's friend. I know what it is like to lose a close sibling. My brother and I were close; I took care of him up until his transplant. He didn't come home from the hospital post transplant. Granted, that was 2005, but at times, it still feels like yesterday.

I heard that Madison died... she actually went to my clinic so I heard it through the grapevine... It's sad. I heard this news a little bit ago and heard some info of why it happened, though it is not for sure certain.

I would be interested in being Holli Jade's friend. I know what it is like to lose a close sibling. My brother and I were close; I took care of him up until his transplant. He didn't come home from the hospital post transplant. Granted, that was 2005, but at times, it still feels like yesterday.
