A couple weeks ago I had a resting Heart rate of 125-130 and one night it was even 145-150. Then it finally came down and spent a few days between 110-120 which is about my average then the last 2 days it's been between 89-105 which is low for me so I was really happy but now it's suddenly back up to 115-120. Which is my normal but it upsets me because I was hoping the lower numbers would have stayed. I haven't done anything different at all. Haven't really felt any better or any worse. What could be causing all the fluctuation? Virus? Bacterial infection? I'm lost.

Personally, my resting heart rate goes up when I have an active infection, although not as high as yours. My typical resting heart rate is between 55-75 and when I'm sick it's 90-105. I would call your CF center and try to get a clinic visit.
If it continues to be that high, you might need to make a trip to the ED, especially if you have any other symptoms like shortness of breath, dizziness, chest pain, nausea or extreme fatigue.
If you have access to a blood pressure monitor, check your pressure when you are having high rates.

Well I'm under hospice care and my lung function is around 18% so heartrate being 100-120 is pretty much expected my o2 sats have been good around 97. And hospice nurse comes
once a week and listens,checks heartrate,o2, and blood pressure which has been normal, but the 4 days of really high heart rate were scary and the 2 days of low heartrate were unusual since my resting #'s hadn't been that low in atleast a year. But now it seems back to normal. I haven't been coughing anymore and have had no other side effects. It's not so much the numbers thy worry me it's the up and down fluctuations jumping around and not settling on a number that worries me

I have the same issue. Doctors are unsure why it is happening. I am not experiencing a lung infection. They have put me on heart medication to deal with the tachycardia?
Have the doctors considered the same for you? I know what it feels like and cannot imagine treating the issue.
