Ipod if you have one great for when your having certain test done and just before surgery. For a child favorite blanket from home. PJ's. My daughter does'nt wear the gowns. Slippers. Pictures of family pets or siblings or BFF.

Don't forget all meds. At our hospital the nurses never bring them at the right time. So I learned to give them to Avery myself and just take home everything they bring to the room.
They don't particularly like this but obviously enzymes cannot be taken after the meal!!!!
