how come the forum has ads on it now?

I would assume because someone has to pay the bills. While this site is nice as a knowlege base and a community, it would also be nice if it was slightly profitable for the owner.

I would assume that it's so they can keep it running and keep all the features available without charging a membership. Hey, if it keeps it free for me and for the rest of us, I'm all for it!!!
