How do I fix bloating and looking like I'm a pregnant guy?

So here's a recent pic of what I look like after an intense workout and exhaling all the air in my lungs and not eating for 3 hours.

What can I do to look like that everytime? Like, everyday after not eating for a few hours. Most typically, my gut hangs out yet when I lay down my rib cage is prominent. It's pretty embarrassing cause I always have to suck in. Why do I look like I'm a pregnant guy?

This is what I can look like after an intense workout and exhaling all the air out of my lungs combined with not eating for a few hours.

Both my boys have CF...once they went gluten free, the Budha belly completely disappeared. They used to wake up with a flat belly and then by the end of the day, their bellies were poking out so much, that you could see their skin stretching.

Personally, you/ it don't look that bad (FART2) I have it much WORSE then you! Consider yourself lucky, I have 2 LARGE scars on my abdominal, it just looks beyond BAD. I gotta suck it in to. Try be sure your enzymes doses are good, and don't eat a lot of unnecessary JUNK fat. Try doing crunches/ ab exercises, like the plank, I feel it helps some. Even with enzymes correct and gas under control,. I still do have a belly, other CFer's input please? I haven't be able to figure it out either.

Talk to your CF Specialist about BACTERIAL OVER GROWTH.

When I corrected this problem I lost 2 inches and 10 pounds.

You look like you lift, but are your running? Doing core strength exercises? Planks? When I was in my best shape, doing all that, I had a great abdomen at all times.

I have to say You Look Great all the work outs have to be helping! I look so big in the stomach by the end of a meal it is disgusting I am going to follow this to get some advice I think the Gluten free is a thought even though I did a test to see if a had a allergy to gluten and I do not have any.So would it help if I have no allergy to Gluten I mean I just hate to give up one more thing!!I so much enjoy eating what ever I fancy!

Gluten

The trouble is not having an allergy to Gluten, it is more just being intolerant. When wheat/white flour is combined with water it becomes like a glue. I think that especially CF bellies have trouble digesting that glue like substance. You are welcome to check out a post I did a while back on going gluten free....http://chasing-truth.blogspot.com/2011/01/why-did-we-go-gluten-free.html
