We give our 7 week old 2 enzymes in a small amount of applesauce, although we are thinking of switching that to a different type of acidic fruit to make sure he doesn't get tired of the applesauce. I usually dip my finger in the mixture and feed it to him that way, seems to work for us. Have also used an infant medical syringe when he was really really little and that worked too!
