How do you hang on to a job when you have a child with CF?

I was wondering if anyone else has had trouble working and trying to be available for your little CF kiddo. I had just started a new job working at a bank. I hadn't worked since Reyna was born. Things were going pretty good, as far as I could tell, when we found out Reyna was going to have to go into the hospital for IV antibiotics. She had been fighting a pseudomonas infection for a couple of months so this was the next logical step.

I told my boss and she seemed to understand and told me to do what I needed to do. I did my best to balance work and being there for my 5 year old. The children's hospital was almost 2 hours a way. Anyway...long story short, I lost the job.

I didn't know what else to do. My family needed the extra income, but you just never know with this disease when life is going to get turned upside down. Luckily, I knew of a great group of ladies that help moms like me work from home. Working for myself seemed like the best option, and with their help I wouldn't be alone.

If you have been looking to work from home or know someone who could benefit from some extra income or even replacing their current income, please let me know. The best way to learn more is to visit http://www.ceomomsbiz.com and request more information. I would love to help you find out if our team is right for you.

Together we can make a difference.
