how do you know when need enzymes?

i stopped taking enzymes about 13 years ago. well i went on a round of ivs on december 12th for two weeks and ever since then it looks like i dump oil in the toilet when i use the bathroom...too much info, but hey anything goes on this site.

just wondering if this may be a sign that i need to get back on enzymes. i haven't talked to my doctor about it yet.

Yes you need them now. That "oil" is fat. Fat that should stay in your body to keep you healthy. The difficult thing about CF is all the meds we take don't always have a relief feeling. Enzymes being one of them for some people. You still need to take them.
