It's true, I cough from even the most naturally scented cleaning supplies (I've eliminated all scent except for a wood polish that is made with almond extract--guess I need to open the windows.)
I used to have a couple cleaning ladies come every two weeks, but to help pay for my fancy vacuum, I cut them back to once a month. I'm going to keep trying this and see how it goes.
Also, cooking smells do it for me too: tight chest. I am not going to stop baking squashes and meat and stir frying green veggies, so I guess I need to run the vent over the stove more often too.
