HOW DO YOU TALK

Jada & I were talking today (surprise <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-tongue.gif" border="0">). She mentioned that her BIL & his daughter both mentioned that when Zoe talks she breaths heavy.

She is concerned that its something that has always beent here & she just didnt notice because she is use to it OR is it something new. Mind you the BIL & Niece havent seen a lot of Zoe so its "new" to them.

We both wondered how many of the CFers get winded while talking. I know for me, personally, that I am usually OK unless I am very sick. Its actually one of the signs that things are out of control & whatever I am doing at home isnt enough.

Now that doesnt mean that it isnt there. It just means that I dont notice it. Someone talking to me might....

Any input from all of you!

If I'm talking right after coughing or in between coughs or amidst coughs, then yes. If I'm doing it while climbing stairs, then yes. Otherwise, not usually.
