HOW DO YOU TALK

Andrew does not talk winded, unless he has been exercising, etc. However, I am noticing now that it takes him longer to recover after exercising. He can come in from playing basketball and for the next 15 minutes I can hear him breathing from a different floor of the house.

Yes when I am exercising DEF. I do notice a lot more though now than I used to. My physical therapist says that she can tell a CFer by thier breath sounds...like we breathe differently, so maybe that is what the relatives are hearing. Its probably always been there, just you dont notice it if you have also always been there.

It depends. For me when I am getting sick I cound like I just ran a marathon when talking, even when sitting. But when I am "healthy" it usually takes a lot of talking to get me SOB when sitting. When I walk and talk I get SOB and pretty much whenever I am doing anything but sitting when I talk I sound winded, yes even healthy. I clamp up, fun haha!
