while i would generally agree with the statement "clubbing itself does not need treatment," i would be hesitant to discount the article (actually a scientific study published in a peer-reviewed journal, rather than just a website) relating specifically to cf and clubbing, which suggests that clubbing does in fact correlate with pulmonary involvement. if you seriously believe your daughter has recently developed clubbing, i would 1) contact your CF doctor to confirm your observations, 2) ask for an x-ray, PFTs, cultures to assess pulmonary condition.
one thing i will say, clubbing doesn't happen overnight, so i doubt this suggests a new development in your daughter's progression. if it IS related to lung disease (or even if it's nutritional/caused by other factors), then the underlying causes of the clubbing have most likely been present for a little while and may already be receiving attention from your care team. nonetheless, the article suggests that pulmonary treatment might be indicated, and i personally wouldn't ignore that sort of empirical evidence, though i would take it with a grain of salt until my daughter's personal condition was assessed.
good luck!
