I remember being a teacher's helper in 3rd grade and using the mimeograph machine. That was an AWESOME smell! Probably killed quite a few brain cells.

Fun fact (maybe): The term "mad as a hatter" comes from long ago when people who made hats breathed in mercury, which was used in the processing of fur into felt, and also in steaming the hat to shape it.

Well considering:

Mercury is the closest planet to the Sun and the eighth largest. Mercury is slightly smaller in diameter than the moons Ganymede and Titan but more than twice as massive.

orbit: 57,910,000 km (0.38 AU) from Sun
diameter: 4,880 km
mass: 3.30e23 kg

First off it's pretty darn hot on Mercury, and a fairly large area. So I don't think all the blondes on earth would have a short or pleasant time "cleaning up Mercury". I wouldn't recommend trying ok?

I will admit that I remember the mimeograph machines too. We also did experiments with mercury in school. LOL I think Skye just wanted to see the hunky firemen.
