How many enzymes do you take?

I'm severely malnourished because I can't get my enzymes to work very well. I was taking 9 Pancrease MT 20 with small low fat meals, but they stopped working.
So I switched to 9 Ultrase MT 20, but they didn't work either.
So now I'm trying 7-8 Pancreacarb 16.
