how many enzymes?

My 4yr old take 5 creon10 every meal and snack. He has problems with blockage and takes miralax. My 2yr old also takes 5 creon10 each meal and snack. They both are 40 pounds. 5 small meals 2 snacks a day. My youngest has a huge stomach all the time and he is still always "soupy" in the bm department. Hey do you give meds before after or during meals? Try only giving 3 then if the food is on the grease side give 4. That always worked for my boys.

hi u guys r great i give her 4 pancrease mt 4 caps before her meal most of her food is not that fattning she does drink 1 pediasure a day and loves meatloaf and elbow noodles w/ butter on them occasionally we'll get a cheesburger & fries she will gobble up the cheesburger and hardly touch the fries she also likes peanut butter & jelly sandwiches she doesn't like to snack most of her snacks i will give her fruit or veggies things that don't require enzymes just because i know she just picks at it, her belly did go down tremendously since i put her back down to 4 caps per meal and gave her the exra dose of miralax but she still has a big belly guess thats a cf thing i think 5 caps per meal was to much 4 her right now
