We never got the RSV shots as we do not vaccinate. I know of several people who did and still got RSV so don't feel guilty. Vaccination does not give a guarantee of immunity to the disease.
Place your trust in good nutrition and natural immune boosting things like elderberry, extra vitamin C, and lots of anti-oxidant rich foods. Really watch sugar intake (white sugar and corn syrup in particular) during respiratory season as sugar depletes many vitamins and impairs the production of white blood cells for up to 4 hours after consuming it.
