Ellie is almost 3 months old and takes two to three naps during the day. We put her down for the night at 7 - 8 pm, wake her around midnight for feeding/treatments, she wakes around 4 - 5 am to feed, then sleeps until 7 - 8 am to feed again and will stay up for a couple of hours. After that, she'll sleep for another 2 - 3 hours and wants another nap early in the afternoon. Owen, on the other hand, doesn't nap at all!! We put him down at 830 - 9 pm and we literally have to wake him in the late morning/early afternoon the next day. He seldom wakes prior to noon - no joke. He'll also be two in November.

My CFer is 6 now, but he was a sleeper as a baby. He took two, 2 hr naps and one, 1 hour nap and then slept 7 until 7. He eventually dropped the 1 hour nap, but didn't quit taking the two, 2 hour naps until he was 20 months old. He then went to one, 4 hour nap (12-4) and still slept 12 hours at night. His afternoon nap lessened to 2 hours which he only gave up when he started K (3 months before he turned 6)!! I can tell when he is trying to fight off a virus, because he will sleep a lot more than usual.
