how many pillows?

thanks everyone. I do think the wedge (with memory foam) helps but I also miss all the fluffy pillows too. I miss those days I could sleep and neither feel or hear rattling crackling or hushed flutes!

hushed flutes? I've never heard this term before...is it just another fancy way of saying wheezing?
