AM & PM are the same for me: 30 mins (minimum....more if I feel icky) VEST, pulmozyme and albuterol nebs.

Danika is 4 and gets up in the morning and does albuterol, 30 breaths on the acapella, nebulizes her tobi then takes the flo vent. At night she repeats this process and once a day in the afternoon she vests while nebbing her saline and pulmozyme. When not on tobi she takes albuterol the vests with the saline and pulmozyme and flovent once in the morning and once at night. We also shoot a squirt of flonase up each nostril before bed.

Husband changes his depending on what he is supposed to be taking normally he does this:

Albuterol 4x a day
Pulmozyme 1x a day
Hyper tonic saline 1x a day
Colistamethate 1x a day
Cayston 3x a day (every other month)

Does vest 2x a day usually for about 45 minutes a piece.
Does Albuterol inhaler 2x a day and Symbicort inhaler 2x a day too.

Where do you order mucomyst from? ive never heard of it...I would like to see if I could give it a try by asking my Doctor about it, but was wondering what specialty pharmacy you order it from?

There was a shortage some months back, I get mine from Cystic Fibrosis Services Pharmacy. Wallgreens is usually where I get it, but they were unable to get mucomyst for now. Good stuff use it 2-3 times a day. Have been using it 52 yrs.
