Hi -my routine is:

Vest/, 1 hr, high-to low frequency while doing nebs at the the time / morning,/ short afternoon session 30mins,- and before bed/:

Albuterol 1x 3 times a day
HyperSaline 7% x3
Muscomist x 2
Pulmozyme x 2

I've been on Tobi a couple times, but not Cayson. I'd just add it to my list anyway if I were on them. <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif" border="0">

Also some self CPT/ or G5 machine, for ten minutes when i feel the need, and the flutter device.

And exercise everyday 30mins-1 hr. !!!

Holy cow you guys are so good! I'm awful at doing everything I should be doing. I detest it all with a passion and don't know how to get over the hump!

Ok I see a lot on here about mucomyst.....can it be used with an e-flow neb. And do you have any side effects to it? I have taken Tobi which I was highly sensitive to the inhaled version and could only do at night (it just wiped me out, but the e0folw made it a little more tolerable) and now Im on Cayston, but I seem to be sensitive to that too. My lungs just say "not happening" and a 3 min treatment takes more like 10 as much as I have to start and stop. It doesn't cause a productive cough, but more like a gasping for breath type of thing.

Re mucomyst......great stuff to use when you're sick, if you tolerate it. Stinks to high heaven though. Its a very very old med. I cant tolerate a lot of the new stuff, but mucomyst is terrific for breaking up lung chunks. It does tend to increase the overall amount of bronchospasms and asthma if used every day for a prolonged period of time.

nebbies:
morning- LONG 3% hypertonic/albuterol mixed. Usually for an hour while I run on the treatmill.
afternoon- short nebbie, optional, depends on how I feel.
evening- usual length nebbie of hypertonic/albuterol. Might walk or jog while doing it.

If my asthma is acting up, usually a nebbie during the night.
