How often do you boil your neb parts?

So Im wondering how often everyone boils the neb parts. I have 4 meds that I do each 2 times a day. I have a different Nub cup for each med. I usually do a round of treaments, then out everything up and then do a round at night and prob about every 5 days I boild them to sterlize them. I heard that people boil some parts after each treatment, is that true? Is it ok that I just do the nebs and then boil them every 5 days. Should I be rinseing thm out after each treatment? But then I heard that rinshing them in tap water is bad.


So if I am to rinse what should I rinse in?
