Thank you for the information. We have had the same experience with the supplements. My daughter typically is a very healthy eater too: fruits, veges, lean protein. All at her choice. I am ready to bite the bullet and try the nasal tube feed and see how it goes. Thanks for your support.

I'm wondering - since they like McDonalnd's ... maybe more going outside and try to make them make prepare their food themselves - from shopping to cooking....I 'm not saying that you shouldn't go for the shakes and others...I have no experience...
My experience is with teenagers on camps - when their parents told us they have trouble with not eating... what we did is take those kids- mostly girls I 'm afraid - and included them in making food and preparing everything (and we also made then responsible for meals and eating of younger kids - at least that's what they thought ;D ) - we made all meals on camps ourselves. We also tought them at that time about nutrition and so on... but that was on camps... where parents where away for 3 weeks and the kids looked up to us. Also older girls helped and... alot of running around on fresh air and sleeping in tents - the camp was with tents, kayaks and alot of hicking... We still go there with our kids Usually the problem was gone after two days
... aa the camp was deep in forest - no shops around...
