How to politely tell parents to LEAVE SICK KIDS AT HOME

Help! I know there are plenty of creative moms on here that can help. My oldest is turning five in a few weeks. We always have the parties at our house. While most everyone there will know my youngest has CF, there will likely be a few newbies from preschool. I am trying to find a polite way to write on the invitations not to come if you or your child has been sick. I know it is common sense, but last year we had a parent who knew my BABY has CF, come with all 4 children who had a nasty respiratory infection. I typically am pretty vocal about this, so I thought I could make up something cute...maybe a rhyme about "please rsvp, but decline if you are sick". My son's party theme is Toy Story. Any help is greatly appreciated!!!

How about RSVP*

Then at the bottom define the astrick.
You could just say
* Sick policy applies

Those that are close to you will know exactly what this means. And those that don't will ask those closer to you who will explain that your family doesn't appreciated those with illness entering their home due to cf precautions.

I always include something on the bottom of the invitation along the lines of this:

We want everyone to have fun, but please keep in mind that due to risky germs if you are under the weather please call or send a card
