I just saw on the CFF website that they are going to be starting trials of HS on infants in early 2008.
I haven't gotten a chance to talk to my clinic, but it sounds like something i would love to get alexa involved in.
It says that 15 centers in the us are participating.....does anyone know which ones?

Call the CF foundation (877-823-5646). They should be able to tell you. That's how I found out about the Denufosol trial. Good luck!

Ild be interested in the results of this trial as well. Maggie started HTS in March 07. She'll be 5 in December. She will also start PFT's in December. It would have been nice to have a baseline PFT BEFORE starting HTS but she was too little. It would be nice to have some science to back up my thoughts on HTS. What I know is Maggie has not needed the"big guns" antibiotics in almost a year. She needed a couple weeks of Duricef / prednisone for an awful upper respiratory virus in June but that 's it. Which is good for her, usually she needs the big guns close to every 6 months. Could be luck, coincidence or that she's on the HTS. <img src="">
