I wouldn't use HTS on a baby, it causes us to cough of course, but in some people causes extreme brochospasm. They use it in non CF people to get a sputum sample. The nasal saline though is great, I use the simply saline like Caroline and then suck it back out. Toby had a runny nose from December to May and the saline really helped to clean things out and help him breathe. My nephew actually loves having the saline in his nose, my sister in law has to keep it out of reach or he'll squirt the whole bottle in his nose

thanks for the input guys! i actually wound up using an old trick my old ent taught me. i twirled the end of some tissue, stuck it up his nose, used the bulb on him again and again and got the boogers to the end of his nose and pulled them suckers out!!! little prince was able to sleep a lot better and eat better. and his nose hasn't sounded super snotty all day!! <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0"> he wasn't a happy camper with me, but that's ok he can breathe now!
