Humid Climates

Its pretty humid here in the Seattle area because it rains a lot, but its not nearly as hot as the south. I lived in a dry climate too, and I actually think I do etter health-wise here. I don't get nearly as many colds or bronchitis. That probably wouldn't go for everyone though. THe thing you have to watch out for with humidity is mold.

I live in the North part of Missouri and probably July and August are the worst months for the humid conditions I have live in Missouri my whole life so I am use to it but when I am out side I just drink alot and take lot of breaks and sit in the A/C

We live in Arkansas, it is very humid here now thru August. We have
to limit our time outside. To replace my sons salt loss he eats
TWANG. It is a lemon lime salt usually available in liquor stores
and conv. stores. It is actually to put on top of  a beer can
? I have never tried it. But he likes it and he carries it in his
pocket and he goes thru a bottle a week,in the winter it will last
him awhile.
