Now that I my town is currently in a heat wave, I was wondering what anyone else drinks to stay hydrated?
I have always drank gatorade when working out. It does have a lot of sugar and tends to make me 'flemmy' and produce mucus. Propel never seemed to hydrate me enough, especially when working out outdoors.
Any tips on things to drink with enough sodium but less sugar? I'm open to anything. I'm excited for a summer spent outdoors so your advice would be great!!
