Hypersaline

Besides the risk of setting off a fire alarm (which has happened on several occasions), any thoughts on using Saline in a humidifier overnight? I remember when I had a cold as a kid my mom would run the humidifier all night and I would feel better in the morning. Like that but with Hypersaline. My room gets all fogged up after I do it anyway, why not breathe it in all night? Being so busy, it's been harder and harder to find time to sit down and do my saline treatments. Any thoughts?

The salt will destroy the furniture & other things in the room eventually. Medically it sounds great, but I dont think any machine can hold up to it.

I used to nebulize with xylitol-saline. Then I began taking sea salt orally. I no longer own a nebulizer. Taking good quality sea salt orally takes no time compared to doing a nebulizer and it can be incorporated into your regular diet.

Peace.

Yeah, I agree. This would be great. Melissa is right tho, it would probably corrode all sorts of things. If you try it, let me know how it goes.
