hypertonic saline

I asked my daughter's doctor about hypertonic saline at her check-up this week. He said that she could start using it if I wanted her to. Anyway, he is calling in the prescription. I forgot to ask him about the best of day to take it. I am assuming the morning. Also, should she use it in addition to Pulmozyme or in replace of? hypertonic saline one day and pulmozyme the next??

Hi there,

I take 3% hypertonic saline 2x a day and pulmozyme once. It really does help alot.
