I use a Pari Proneb and Pari sprint neb. I found a pretty good trick to speed up the treatment when I don't have much time. I pop open the neb top and it speeds it up considerably. I still cough up a bunch of stuff, too. Sometimes I wonder if it works better that way.

For my kids the Pulmozyme is no longer than 6-7 minutes and we were told to only do the saline for 10 minute and then stop, regardless of how much (if any) was left in the cup.

Those of you who are spending more than 10 minutes on saline should ask your doctors for clarification -- do they recommend a certain amount of saline or time for saline, because I understood that they don't recommend more than 10 minutes due to possible irritation

Yep, I've been told the same. Sometimes if I'm busy on the computer it will go longer and I can tell the difference, I'm much more irritated.
