If you are asking about standard stuff, PG tests, OPKs, etc, here's what I've spent $$ on so far:

OPKs - First Response are the only ones that are reliable for me, and those are about $20 a month

Clear Blue Easy Fertility Monitor - $150 to buy the monitor from Amazon, then $35 for a box of 30 test sticks that last me about 3 months (I also buy those from amazon).

PG tests - I am a testing addict, so I bought 50 tests for $25 from Save on Tests.com

Fertility Friend VIP membership - $45 for one year

Prenatal Vitamins - About $10 for a 3 months supply (target brand)

Expecta DHA - $10 for a 30 day supply

Mucinex - 12 hour extended release, maximum strength, $10 for a 7 day supply

Preseed - $16 for 6 applicators, purchased from BabyHopes.com

Basal Body Thermometer - about $8

Wine to cry into each month that Aunt Flo shows up - $10 <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif" border="0">

That's everything I can think of right now.

As far as fertility treatment stuff, I have seen an RE and we are going to do unmedicated (meaning no clomid or injectibles) IUI, with an ultrasound and HCG trigger shot. My insurance has covered all doctor appointments, minus a $35 copay. My bloodwork and the semen analysis were also covered at 100%. 85% of my HSG is covered, which means I'll have to pay about $150 for that. The ultrasound to determine if I have any mature follicles is 100% covered. My HCG trigger shot is not covered and will be about $45. And the IUI itself is not covered and will cost about $600.
