Yesterday I asked a young fella who manages a discount tobacco store about E-cigarettes. He said a carton costs around $100...so that alone would be an incentive to QUIT smoking rather than going that route. However, he also said with the high taxes being added to the already high cost of regular cigarettes, people are looking for alternatives wherever/however they can.
