Hi everyone,
I had a clinic visit today and have been waiting for it because I wanted to ask my doctor about getting pregnant. He said if it's something I want to do then he can help me make that happen. He says he wants me to see a high-risk OB though and he will be in contact with this doctor throughout my pregnancy.
The only problem is that I will have to come off at least one of my meds. I will have to come off the high-dose ibuprofen therapy that I've been on for 13 years (it might be a good thing for me to finally stop it though because it's giving me mega GERD problems).
Has anyone taken Advair during pregnancy? According to my med book, it's a category C for pregnancy, so I'm not sure they're going to want me to take that. I have have become pretty dependent on these anti-inflammatories/steroids. He said that we could definitely look into the Zithromax M-W-F plan because it can also help with inflammation issues. Anyone on the Zithromax treatment?
I am excited but scared all at the same time. I'm going to hate messing with my meds, but I so badly want to be pregnant.
Thanks for letting me talk
