I have CFRD and i'm trying to lose weight - any suggestions?

I'm 14 and in February this year i developed CFRD and gained A LOT of weight due to insulin injections. As previously being underweight, it's a shock to the system to be bigger and i am really un-happy about it. <img src="">

I am Lactose Intollerant and (if anyone else has heard about this on the other Topic) i have a 'Big Stomach'

Is anyone else going through this?
I don't want to lose too much weight but just to feel more comfortable with myself.

My suggestion: Don't lose any weight. I know when I get sick, the weight falls off me like crazy. Be glad with what you have, a higher BMI has proven to be beneficial for CFers.

I come from England so i'm not sure you'll quite understand about the weight but in english weight currency i went from 5 stone to 9 and a half stone.

I'll try and make it so it makes more sense to American weight currency.
