I have CFRD and i'm trying to lose weight - any suggestions?

Sorry for the late reply. I saw this but then my computer went on the blink before I could reply. It was in shop for two weeks and I just got it back.

I have seen an article that indicates diabetes is at least partly related to inflammation. I have gotten off about 8 or 9 prescription drugs, 5 of which had anti-inflammatory properties. Part of how I did that was to focus heavily on controlling my excess acidity as a means to control inflammation. I wasn't trying to lose weight but I was quite large when I was so sick. I have lost at least 3 dress sizes as I got healthier. I also focused heavily on solid nutrition instead of on high calorie intake. Unfortunately, I don't really have any handy links for that at that moment. I am hoping to put more info about that on my website.
