Good for you. I'm interested to know how you like the change too. I'm planning on getting a second opinion on things from a Northern Ca clinic. I think it'll be great to see other doctors and get a broader view of opinions. You can always go back if you feel you want/need to.

I used to fly to 'our' clinic, or if I drove it was about 8 hours! Not fun, but I always felt it was worth going somewhere you trusted. No need to scrinch on your doctor. Good luck!

Hey Khristina, I switched to a different center after 11 years too !!! I wanted to do it for along time but was nervous and scared .. My new center is further away (but not as far as yours) but i am so happy i did it.. Like you said , have to go where the best drs are.. I wish i didn't wait as long as i did, but oh well at least i finally got up the courage and did it !!! Let us know how it goes.. <img src="i/expressions/heart.gif" border="0"> joni

I thought about going up north too. But thought I would give a closer clinic a try first. I think the traveling will be expensive as it is going to SD. But if they aren't what I am looking for then I will move on again until I find one that fits. Its just unfortunate it has to be this way.
