I just got my acapella today!

this may sound like an odd question but how do you huff effectively while doing the acapella? I am so used to only huffing with the vest-I breathe in with the peddle off-then huff out as I press the peddle on and clear out mucus.
is it similar?

Dumb question - What is an acapella exactly? How do you use it (is it a type of neb device that administers medicine....? I thought I knew what one was, but I got that info from an RT (weird one)...so now I'm not sure.
