Dont get me wrong I am greatful I did not think about cross contamination totally slipped my mind but why I am defensive is dude called me an idiot and made him self sound like some all mighty no ***** that

I think you are over reacting here a bit. You were a bit naive with your posts and someone called you out on it. No biggie, take it as a learning experience. By getting defensive, you are making yourself look worse and more naive. Not sure where you go to clinic and or hospital, but cross contamination should always be on your mind. After this, i'm sure it will never slip your mind again.... There are lots of knowledgeable people here, so ask questions and do lots of reading. There is always lots to learn about our disease, and who better to learn from then others with cf.

Yes it is. I posted a link on the first page with a FAQ page from the CF Foundation explaning this. You may want to take a look in there at the link there is a some great bit of knowledge in the FAQ.
