Come on, just move to GA and make it easy on yourself.

We have several CF center options, good weather (our Japanese like it), Jada/family and we live here and we are working on getting Mel to move down.

What else could you possibly want???</end quote></div>

LOL Tom...but there is one thing that I'd really want...A JOB! LMAO!

I included GA in my "new keyword" search for jobs in the US. Who knows, maybe my bro will end up as my next door neighboor, along with a few Japanese families to keep the wife feeling "at home" a little bit..Though the use of Japanese would come in handy...can I work where you are?! <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif" border="0">

there are plenty of jobs in dallas, and a cf center in both dallas and fort worth! there's carswell airforce base in fortworth
what more could you want?
we never get snowed on, get plenty of rain but not too much, i don't think your wife would be very fond of the 110 degree heat with humidity around here and i don't know how many areas around here speak japanese

Have you ever considered Seattle? There is a fair amount of rain, but it's usually light, intermittent mist. Most of the rain comes during winter. It doesn't get very cold in the winter, and is usually not hot in the summer. There's also a huge Japanese population. You'll also find Fort Lewis Army base not too far from Tacoma. The area is lush green with tons of scenery: mountains, ocean, rainforests, Puget Sound, etc.

You may also wish to consider the San Francisco Bay area. There's tons of military posts around there, and the weather is also great with a large Asian population, both Chinese and Japanese.

North or South Carolina might be a good option. What type of terrain do you guys like? The terrain varies so much across the country. I live in Northern Indiana and the winters get pretty darn cold here (can have snow anytime from Nov-April, Dec-March definately will have snow) and the summers are hot and humid but NOTHING compared to the hot and humid summers of the southern states. When I lived in central IN and central OH, the winters were much more mild than they are in Northern IN and the summers seemed the same. Just a couple hours south can make a big difference in the climate.

Best wishes!
