Great separation on your legs, one of the few things CF was good for in my opinion was getting tight for a show. I competed in the Musclemania Nations Capital show had to be late 90's.

Piper is correct, impressive amount of mass. I had to eat over 7000 K/cal per day when I was over 180 and competing. Doing that remotely clean was really tough (although I could cheat from time to time). How much where you eating back then? Do you miss it as much as I do?

just looked at the results page and it was 2001, so same year you did their atlantic show. We must have been in the same show at some point both being onthe east coast. I was a middle weight though and see you were a light heavy.

I was a light heavy--184-ish. Eating was a second job....I probably ate 5-6000 cal/day. It wasn't fun to eat that much, but I enjoyed competing and looking good. I went on to win the NPC MR. CT in 2003 and retired after that. i couldn't move onto the Nationals because i wasn't willing to do....ya know.....but also, my CF starting catching up to me by then. In that viideo, I remember walking off stage winded. HA! Not anymore!!!

I miss my abs. Gallbladder surgery ensured I would never compete again. But that's ok.

Piper....I am not pan. suff. But like I said....a lot of eating. Today, prednisone ensures a healthy appetite PS. Don't worry...a post TX picture is coming soon....

Hi Lex

Congratulations on receiving your new lungs. WOW! Your body building video was amazing.

I have only met a few body builders who also have CF in my time and I give you all lots of credit for keeping up with your routines. End Results!

Your Child is so cute!

Live with Strength and lots of love,
