I'm always tired!

So when I went to the docs, they said I was low in vitamins A,D,E, and K (wonder why ). Do those vitamins support energy? If I start taking my special CF vitamins (specifically with high amounts of A,D,E,K ) what difference will I feel and how soon?

Are you male? If so consider having your DR check your testosterone level. It made a difference with me.

Also, check your iron levels and hemoglobin...if you are anemic, then you will feel more fatigued. I hope that they figure out why you are so tired...I can tell you that I feel the same because I am chronically anemic (my hemoglobin runs low 9's all of the time, sometimes even lower to the point of needing blood)

Don't worry that happens sometimes in life,I suggest you to eat food which is rich nutritionally.Prefer having light and healthy food.Take food which is natural rather than any supplement or pills.
Red meat, tuna, fruits, nuts can help you a lot.
