Got any extra posters for me? Or, a Miss June Muscle Car Calander for me to salivate over?!! ( ) (Or, do I have to come over for a beer and sit in your living room?!)
The fact that your dad was a tool and die maker must've been a major help!! I imagine he may had even designed some parts that couldn't be bought anywhere.

Though I'm curious why you went through 4 engines and 3 transmissions...

Personally, not only do I think you deserve the trophy for all that hard work, but that you deserve ANOTHER one next year just so the JUDGES KNOW who's got the best car!! (and cause 33 trophies aren't enough *mwahahaha*)

So, it's an '86 442!? That alone must be rare! Oh, yea, in '86, I was driving an '84 Ford Tempo....yea, I know...geeksvilllemobile!! Only car I could afford at the time!
Again, Congrats, Diane!!
(P.S. Even I like the chrome plate insignia!)

I wish i had extras of the calendars but unfortunately i could only get 4and they are all gone alreday. I guess you'll just have to come over and enjoy that beer here to get the full picture....ah what the heck ill even give you a ride in the 442, but we will have to wear masks since i have cepacia.........lol
I went thru the motors and transmissions because the first motor was just too slow. Then the first motor i built ( yes me), i used a regular gear where i needed to use a bronze gear for the roller cam, and within 7 months i had a rod knock. the next motor was a loaner till my 1969 rocket 350 was built ( not by me this time, thats why it still runs .. lol) I do street race ( shhhhhhh dont tell anyone) and plan on going to the track very soon in the next few weeks.
Transmissions pretty much the same thing, i can be pretty rough on the car and i had the trans rebuilt a few months ago , so this one should last a while.
My dad did make some block off plates for my intake and the t-tops stilts, i have already had a guy ask me if i could have a pair made for him.My father also made me a switch plate and the plate that holds the guages so i didnt have to put holes in my hood, and a shelf for over my radiator that goes from end to end , looks cool.
Thanks Fred
